Effects in the Erase all my data dialog¶
The Erase all my data dialog erases your user account and your data permanently under GDPR Article 17.
The confirmation has the following effects:

| User account | Myra AI Workspace erases the user account permanently. Neither you nor users with the Administrator role can restore it. |
| Content | Myra AI Workspace deletes your conversations, memories, agents, projects, uploaded files, and personal settings. |
| Record | Myra AI Workspace retains a tamper-evident deletion record without any of your content for compliance. |
| Tokens | Your access tokens become invalid. Calls to the inference API with these tokens fail afterwards. |
You set the following entry in the dialog:

Confirmation of the erasure. The Erase everything button stays disabled while the entry is not exactly the email address of your user account. |
The following options are available in the dialog:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Erase everything button | Erases the user account and all associated data. While the data is erased, the button has the Erasing… label. |
| Cancel button | Closes the dialog without erasing anything. The confirmation entry is discarded. |
Note
If the erasure fails, the dialog shows the error and you stay signed in. In this case, the user account stays unchanged.
Attention
Myra AI Workspace cannot undo the erasure under GDPR Article 17. Export your data with the Export my data button before you confirm the erasure.
