The gateway shows Request blocked by content policy. A guardrail of the gateway rejected the input or the output.

Cause

The request does not reach the provider.

Solution

• ► Write the request without the content objected to.
• ► Contact your administration if the rule rejects the content incorrectly.
• ➔ The gateway sends the request to the provider.
