The following information is available:

Entry Description
Prompt Wording of the request. If Myra AI Workspace replaced personal data, then the entry carries the Prompt (PII scrubbed) label.
LLM response Wording of the response. If Myra AI Workspace replaced personal data, then the entry carries the LLM response (PII tokens visible if echoed) label.
