Frequently asked questions¶
This section answers the questions most frequently asked about your own agents, workflows, and MCP connectors.
Why does the editor show Changed in another tab?¶
When it saves, the editor of a workflow checks whether the state is still the one that it loaded. If the same workflow was saved in another browser tab or by another person in the meantime, the editor does not save but asks for the current state with Reload. Thus neither of the two edits overwrites the other unnoticed. See Managing workflows.
Why can an MCP connector only be tested after it is saved?¶
The test calls the connector through the server, not from the browser. While the connector is not saved, the server does not know its address and its credentials. The dialog shows this with Save the connector first, then test. See Managing MCP connectors.
Who can edit my agents, workflows, and connectors?¶
You and the administration. A permission for your own objects applies to the objects of your user account only. A role of the administration goes beyond that. An agent that you share can be started by the recipients but not edited. See Managing agents.
