Step 6: Create the user accounts

Each person of your tenant who works with Myra AI Workspace needs a user account of their own. The role assigned decides which views the person sees. The Tenant field in the dialog is read-only. The account always belongs to your tenant.

The following requirements are met:

Proceed as follows to create a user account:

  • ► In the User Management area, open the Members tab.

    • ▷ On the start page, click on your name at the bottom of the navigation bar.
    • ↳ The user menu opens.

    • ▷ In the Workspace group, click on the User Management entry.
    • ↳ The navigation bar shows the User Management area. The Members tab is open.

  • ► Click on the New User button.

  • ↳ The New User dialog opens.

  • ► Enter the email address.
  • ► Select the role from step 5.
  • ► Click on the Create User button.
  • ➔ Myra AI Workspace creates the user account. The person signs in with a one-time code.

The Creating a user account section describes which data the dialog expects. You change the role of an available account with the Edit row action. See the Editing a user account section.
