This section answers the questions most frequently asked about the sign-in.

How long is a one-time code valid?

A one-time code has six digits and is valid for 15 minutes. After that, the sign-in refuses it with the That code is incorrect or has expired. Please request a new one. message. Request a new code with the Didn't get the code? Resend link. See Getting access.

How often can I enter a code?

Myra AI Workspace accepts five attempts for each code. After that, the sign-in shows Too many attempts. Please request a new code. and no longer accepts this code. A new code sets the count back. See Getting access.

Why do I get no email with the code?

The sign-in always confirms the send with If that email is registered, a code has been sent. and thus does not disclose whether a user account for an address exists. Myra AI Workspace sends an email only to an address that has a user account. If the email does not arrive, check the spelling of the address and the spam folder. The Didn't get the code? Resend link becomes available again 30 seconds after the send. See Getting access.

How long do I stay signed in?

A session is valid for 8 hours. The Stay logged in for 30 days on this device checkbox extends it to 30 days. The checkbox applies only to the device on which you select it. See Getting access.

Can I sign in with a password?

No, Myra AI Workspace uses no password. The sign-in uses a one-time code sent by email. If your tenant has an identity provider, the Continue with SSO button also appears. See Getting access.
