Approvals¶
My Approvals view
In the Approvals group, you decide on the runs, deliveries, and changes that wait for an approval. You approve, deny, or annotate each review individually.
The following options are available:
| Tab | Description |
|---|---|
| Personal | Shows the workflow runs that wait for your decision. |
| Agents | Shows the scheduled agent runs whose delivery requires human approval before it is sent. Myra AI Workspace never delivers denied or expired holds. |
| Tool approvals | Shows the pending governance and moderation reviews. A tool review holds an unattended agent run at a gated tool. A flagged prompt or output is an interaction that a guardrail marked for review. |
| Configurations | Shows the changes to the prompt library and to the agents of the organisation that require an approval before they take effect. |
Note
For the AI Manager role, the Agents and Tool approvals tabs do not appear. For the Finance role, no tab bar appears. The view lists only the workflow runs that wait for its decision.
