Frequently asked questions

This section answers the questions most frequently asked about the administration.

What is a gateway configuration error?

The message appears when a gateway is available but its settings permit no request — for example because no provider is enabled, no model is assigned, or a routing rule points to a model that the provider does not carry. The Gateways view shows the installation concerned. The configuration is corrected there. See Managing gateways.

Where do I store the API key of a provider?

You store the API key with the provider of the gateway. If it is missing, the gateway answers each request to this provider with No API key is configured for the selected provider on this gateway. Add a provider key in the gateway's provider settings. If the provider refuses the key stored, the gateway shows The gateway couldn't authenticate with the model provider — a provider key is missing or invalid. Contact your admin. See Provider Keys section.

Why does Myra AI Workspace show that I do not have a permission?

Each action of the administration is bound to a permission of the catalogue, and the roles carry different parts of it. The Roles & permissions view shows which permissions a role carries. The Members view shows the role of a user account. See Roles & permissions.

Why can a plan not be edited at the moment?

Myra AI Workspace permits one edit for each plan at the same time and shows a second one with Another plan edit is in progress. Wait until the current edit is saved or cancelled, and do the procedure again. See Managing the billing.
