You do not have the permission

The editor of the Roles & permissions view shows a permission as not assignable.

Cause

A role gives only the permissions that the user account editing it has itself.

Solution

• ► Let a user account that has the permission give it.
• ► Click on the Save changes button.
• ➔ The role carries the permission.
