The gateway shows Rate limit exceeded — please slow down.

Cause

The number of the requests went over the rate limit of the token or of the gateway in the current time window.

Solution

• ► Wait for the end of the current time window.
• ► Send the request again.
• ► Contact your administration if the limit is permanently too low.
• ➔ The gateway answers the requests again.
